Recently, our company successfully delivered a steel plate and profile pretreatment line integrating surface treatment, painting and electronic automatic coding for Tianjin intelligent manufacturing base of Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd.

Tianjin intelligent manufacturing base is the first “intelligent factory” in China’s offshore oil and gas equipment manufacturing industry and the digital transformation demonstration base of central enterprises of SASAC. Committing to building a modern intelligent manufacturing factory with information management and control system as the core and high-end automation equipment as the support, to realize production automation, management informatization and operation digitization.

Our company undertakes the equipment part of a whole steel plate and profile pretreatment line for shot blasting, painting and automatic coding in this project, which is composed of roller conveyor shot blasting machine, automatic painting equipment, electronic automatic coding instrument and filter cartridge dust collector. It is mainly responsible for the surface rust removal, painting and anti-corrosion of steel plates and profiles in this project, as well as the automatic identificatng of QR code. Each workpiece is matched with a QR code that belongs to it as their ID card.

The advanced design concept of the pretreatment pipeline, the solid materials, and the equipment configuration makes it reach the current global advanced level, which exceeds the customer’s expectation and is highly praised by the customer.
