2、Shot blasting (sand) derusting. It is mainly composed of particle jet erosion to achieve surface cleanliness and appropriate roughness. The equipment includes open shot blasting (sand) derusting machine, closed shot blasting (sand chamber) and vacuum shot blasting (sand) machine. Open shot blasting (sand blasting) machine is widely used, which can completely remove all impurities on the metal surface, such as oxide scale, rust and old paint film. It has high rust removal efficiency of 4 ~ 5m2 / h, high mechanical degree and good rust removal quality. However, the abrasive can not be recycled generally, which has an impact on other operations, so it is troublesome to clean the site. 3、High pressure water abrasive derusting. The impact of high-pressure water jet (plus the grinding effect of abrasive) and water prying are used to destroy the corrosion and the adhesion of coating to steel plate. It is characterized by no dust pollution, no damage to the steel plate, greatly improving the derusting efficiency, up to more than 15m2 / h, and good derusting quality. However, the steel plate after derusting is easy to rust again, so it must be coated with a special wet derusting coating, which has a great impact on the coating of general performance coatings.

4、Shot blasting. Shot blasting is to use the high-speed rotating impeller to throw the abrasive to the steel surface to achieve the purpose of rust removal. It is a more advanced mechanical treatment method for rust removal of hull steel materials. It not only has high production efficiency, but also has low cost and high degree of automation. It can realize assembly line operation with less environmental pollution, but it can only be operated indoors。

5.Dilute hydrochloric acid. Be careful not to soak the rust in it for too long. Otherwise, the material will be reacted in addition to the surface rust
