Stainless steel cut wire also know as stainless steel cut wire conditioned shot, is a kind of regular particles cut by high-quality stainless steel wire. It is mainly used for shot blasting,sand blasting,shot peening, finishing, matte,corrosion removal etc.It is processed by wire drawing, cutting and grinding. It has bright appearance, no rust, rounded shape (conditioned shot, cylindrical shape) and better wear resistance than ordinary cast steel shot on the market.
Stainless steel cut wire conditioned shot is widely used for the shot/air blasting of various types of non-ferrous metal castings, stainless steel products, aluminum parts, hardware tools, natural stone, etc, highlighting the metal color and achieving smooth, rust-free , matt finishing surface treatment effect. With good quality stainless steel wire raw material, stainless steel cut wire conditioned shot is featured with uniform particles and hardness, which guarantees its long service life and good blasting effect. The pellets after conditioning have low wear to the blasting machines .
